Presidential Cartel is a movement built on the sole purpose of up lifting the sophisticated urban person who thinks beyond "the streets/block". Presidential Cartel is a umbrella of independent companies formed to eliminate the competition by providing services unparallel to any other businesses. We do that by holding ourselves to a higher standard, a Presidential standard which transpire into Presidential services for customers who deserves to be treated in a Presidential way. Mindful of our origins and in tune with both the streets and the professional world we culminate both sides of the track into one solid ideal. Presidential Cartel is built on the "3M" system of Mind, Muscle, and Motivation.
